Logowear, Team Gear & Custom Purchases

Customized, personalized, logowear or made-to-order items are non-returnable,  non-refundable and final sale.

All Other Purchases

For a full refund, items must be accompanied by receipt, tags & returned within 14 days. A store credit will be issued for all items returned without a receipt and for all items returned after 14 days. A price adjustment, given as a store credit only, must be within 14 days of purchase. All items 50% or more off are FINAL SALE.

Checkout+ (Return Coverage + Package Protection Plus)

Checkout+ is an optional add-on you can select at checkout. Add it and you're covered two ways:

Return Coverage: Your return shipping label is covered, so eligible returns and exchanges are free. Without Checkout+, you can still return eligible items, but you'll be responsible for return shipping.

Package Protection Plus: If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, file a claim through the returns portal and our team will handle it. Once approved, you'll receive a replacement at no extra cost, or a refund if the item is out of stock. Claims should be filed within 30 days of delivery.

Checkout+ is non-refundable and cannot be added after an order is placed.

You can always contact us for any return questions at (203) 255-4460 during regular business hours. If you did not opt into Checkout+, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, and in the event of an exchange, the shipping charges of the new item(s).
